I think I'm improving!  I've noticed increased energy.  before, after working my two days i would come home and crash and sleep through half of the next day.  two weeks in a row now, i have felt pretty good at work and even gone out to dinner or movies after my second day.  my mood has improved some.  Mark says I'm more playful, and i feel like I'm having more fun.  I've had a few mood swings, but it seems like they're not as severe and it's easier to snap out of it.

Dr. Ken,

I just wanted to let you know, for your research, that my headaches that I used to get every afternoon have disappeared since being on the HCG.  I had some headaches in the beginning transitioning into the HCG diet, but those were gone after 2-3 days.  I am very happy about this!!

Hey there!

I've followed this EXACTLY and have lost 15 lbs and 3 inches in my waist!!!  I feel a little more tired than usual and had headaches a couple of the days but overall am doing great!  The significant weight loss keeps me motivated and able to stick to the plan.  My husband has lost 11 pounds, doesn't want to take naps in the middle of the day anymore and feels great with way more energy.  I would say, though, that both of are stomachs are still quite hungry between "feedings"!  :)
